FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has Behler frame and lateral tension system. The device also has cantilever attachment to Behler frame and compression abutment member. The cantilever attachment has compression abutment plate and lateral tension system plate attached to splint carcass and to each other by means of cantilevers mounted on each of them and connected by threaded bar. The compression abutment member has threaded bar and nuts and metal stepwise curved plate having two lateral bends at an angle of 45° and opening in the center for receiving the threaded bar, between horizontal upper plane and two lower planes. The lateral tension system is manufactured from gauze strip having Kirschner wire fragments sutured to its ends. Laces are available on the ends for receiving cantilever attachment brackets in the openings and for suspending loads. ^ EFFECT: accelerated treatment course. ^ 6 dwg |
