PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure and a mobile terminal provided with the hinge structure capable of improving the reliability and durability of a flexible printed substrate, and preventing the flexible printed substrate from partially impressed load, so as to avoid the disconnection, as well as maintaining the winding section of the flexible printed substrate in a cylindrical form with the section shape always near a true circle. SOLUTION: An elastic member 17 which has a cylindrical appearance and is contractible and expandable to a diameter direction is inserted and arranged in the inside of a winding section 14a of a flexible printed substrate 14. Along with opening and closing of an upper housing 2a and a lower case 2b, when the path of the winding part 14a of the flexible printed circuit substrate 14 expands and contracts, it constitutes so that the winding part 14a of the flexible printed substrate 14 may be held in the state where the peripheral surface of the elastic member 17 is made to imitate.
