PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus whose trailing characteristic in an emitter follower circuit is more excellent than that of prior arts. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes the emitter follower circuit 2, and a PNP bipolar transistor is employed for a transistor TR2 configuring the emitter follower circuit 2. Through the configuration above, when the electric level of an output terminal 10 of the emitter follower circuit 2 is decreased, the PNP transistor TR 2 acts like a current source for positively discharging electric charges at the output terminal 10 to ground. Thus, the trailing characteristic of the emitter follower circuit 2 of the solid-state imaging apparatus is more excellent than that of the prior arts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
