PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system capable of interlocking a volume setting operation for a nurse call master device and a back light brightness change operation for liquid crystal corridor lamps, with a change operation for working hour bands of a day shift and a night shift, and requiring no distinct setting operations. SOLUTION: A controller 3 is provided with a memory 30 for storing information on working hour bands such as call destinations of mobile terminals 2 etc. to be changed according to the working hour bands of the day shift, night shift, etc. When a change operation of working hour bands to a semi-night shift or the night shift is performed with a nurse call master device 1, working hour band information on the semi-night shift or night shift stored in the memory 30 is derived, and on the basis of the information the ring tone of the master device 1 is changed to a night mode, along with changing call destinations with respect to mobile terminals 2. In addition, the controller 3 performs control of changing the volume of each bed slave devices 5 to its night mode, and moreover each liquid crystal corridor lamp 4b changes the brightness of its back light 36 to a night mode receiving a working hour band change signal from the controller 3.
