PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cutting surface from being inclined in a cutting apparatus for an unusual shape molding. SOLUTION: With the displacement of a cutter 40 (a cutting means) from a cutting start position to a cutting end position, two chucks 20 and 30 (pushing means) pushing two mutually different parts in the longitudinal direction of a long rain gutter 80 (unusual shape molding) displace chucked parts 82 and 83 of the rain gutter 80 along the longitudinal direction of the rain gutter 80 in the direction of separating from a cutter edge 41 (a cutting edge) by the length t/2 corresponding to one half the thickness t of the cutter edge 41.
