PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a material and a foot warmer which mainly aims at cure of muscle ache, articulation ache, fatigue etc. of a foot part, leg part, and waist part and can cure muscle ache, articulation ache, fatigue etc. of a foot part, leg part, and waist part by stimulating or cell-activating parts wherein the whole body nervous system in the foot part is connected. SOLUTION: This foot warmer is configured by making a stone board worked into a shape with 30 mm of thickness, 300 mm of length, and 250 mm of width as a board of sedimentary conglomerate natural ore, and thereunder a sheet heater part integrally formed by laminating a linear circuit of nichrome wire on silicone rubber is attached on the backside.
