PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat activation method for heat sensitization adhesive sheet layer thereby sufficiently developing adhesiveness and increasing energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The thermal head for heat activation is synchronized with the conveying motion of the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet and the predetermined heater elements are selectively driven or stopped in a prescribed timing. In one embodiment, as a heat-sensitive sheet is allowed to move, the heater elements 10B, 10F, 10J and the heater elements 10D, 10H are allowed to be alternatively driven or stopped and the heater elements 10A, 10C, 10E, 10G and 10I are allowed to be always driven. When the whole face of the thermally sensitive adhesive layers are regarded as a matrix, if 15A is in the area that is not directly heated by the opposing heater element 10, the areas 15B to 15I surrounding 15A are regularly arranged so that they may be directly heated by the opposing heater elements. The areas 15B to 15I are activated by the opposing heater elements 10 and the area 15A is activated by the heat transferred from the areas 15B to 15I. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
