PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition light, excellent in workability and improved in fatigue durability. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises a continuous phase consisting of a thermoplastic resin component (A) having≥20°C Tg (glass transition temperature) and a disperse phase comprising a rubber composition component (B) incompatible with the thermoplastic resin component (A) and having≤-20°C Tg, wherein the volume ratio of the component (A) to the component (B), (A)/(B) is≤1.5, and dynamic viscoelasticity ratio E'(-100°C)/E'(20°C) is≥8, and the pneumatic tire comprises the composition.
