PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane curable composition excellent in alkali resistance. SOLUTION: The polyurethane curable composition comprises a polyether compound represented by formula (I): Z-äO(AO)<SB>n1</SB>(EO)<SB>n2</SB>R}<SB>m</SB>(wherein Z is a residue of an m-valent alcohol from which OH is removed; A is a 3-4C alkylene group; E is an ethylene group; R is a 1-24C hydrocarbon group; m is an integer of 3-6; and n<SP>1</SP>and n<SP>2</SP>are each an integer of 1-59 and n<SP>1</SP>+n<SP>2</SP>is an integer of 5-60) and a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate end-group.
