<p>A fruit knife, wherein a skin peeling blade (36) is formed at the inner peripheral edge of a circular hole (35) in a flat plate (30), a cutting or carving blade (43) is formed on one long side of the knife, and a pair of bar handles (45) and (46) are pivotally installed on the flat plate with pins (49a) and (50a) so that these bar handles can be rotated 180˚. When both bar handles are positioned parallel with and opposite to both long sides of the knife, both long sides are protected and, in this state (first state), peeling operation is performed. When both bar handles are rotated 180˚ from the first state, the cutting or carving blade (43) formed at one long side is exposed and, in this state (second state), both bar handles are held to perform cutting or carving operation.</p> |
