FIELD: medicine, balneotherapy. ^ SUBSTANCE: during remission period patients should be affected with balneological factor of Belokurikha health resort due to providing the baths with native thermal low-mineralized alkaline waters at increased content of silicic acid at 36-37 C at radioactivity concentration being 0.14-0.3 kBq/l. Baths should be conducted by the following scheme: the 1st d - 5 min, the 2nd d - 8 min, the 3d d - 10 min, the 4th d - the rest, the 5th d - 12 min, the 6th d - 15 min, the 7th d - the rest, the 8th d - 15 min, the 9th d - 15 min, the 10th d - the rest, the 11th d - 15 min, the 12th d - 15 min, the 13th d - the rest, the 14th d - 15 min, there are 10 procedures totally from 1 to 5 p.m. Additionally, in the morning it is necessary to take fresh-water circulatory shower, manual surface massage, rational psychotherapy for psychological correction of emotional sphere by combining the above-mentioned procedures with daily promenades both in the evening and in the morning per 60-120 min, each.
