PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three or more layer laminated metal gasket, wherein setting in an angled bead part is improved by setting a height of the angled bead part in each layer metal plate to an optimum spring constant so as to improve fatigue crack resistance and sealing performance. SOLUTION: In a laminated metal gasket, a unit made up of an upper layer metal plate, an intermediate layer metal plate and a lower layer metal plate is formed. An angled bead part is provided to a cylinder bore side of each metal plate. A inclined bead part is provided to a cylinder end surface. The angled bead parts of the intermediate layer metal plate and the lower layer metal plate in the unit are arranged to face each other. The height of the angled bead part of the intermediate layer is set to become lower than the heights of respective angled bead parts of the upper and lower layer metal plates.
