PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solid electrolytic capacitor having few open failures at low ESR. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic capacitor manufacturing method in which at least three solid electrolytic capacitor elements having anode lead wires are compactly arranged with long axes parallel on an apical surface of one of pairing lead frames disposed opposite wherein the lead wires are connected to the apical part of the other lead frame and are outer-packaged and sealed with the lead frame partially intact, joining multiple anode lead wires to the lead frame is begun by at first welding the parallel anode lead wires inside.
