LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE CRUSHED ARTICLE, LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE PRODUCT AND METHOD OF PRODUCING LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight concrete crushed article having excellent appearance and strength by utilizing expanded polystyrene in order to extend the application of waste expanded polystyrene and a method of producing the same.

SOLUTION: The lightweight concrete crushed article is produced by a mixing step for adding water into cement, aggregate and expanded polystyrene granular body formed by reducing the volume with far-infrared ray and kneading the mixture and a forming step for forming the raw material slurry obtained in the mixing step by applying pressure to form a shape while squeezing water. The lightweight concrete crushed article having excellent designability is obtained by blending a coloring agent.
