MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FIBER-REINFORCED DECORATIVE, LAMINATE FIBER-REINFORCED DECORATIVE LAMINATE AND FIBER-REINFORCED DECORATIVE LAMINATE PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced decorative laminate including an improvement on a lack of a desirable decorating characteristic of a color or a pattern in a synthetic fiber-reinforced panel usable at the present time.

SOLUTION: The method comprises piling up a decorating layer and a fiber-reinforced core layer in a laminating relation. The decorating layer has at least one decorating sheet, is at least partly impregnated with a resin and is at least partly cured. The fiber-reinforced core layer has at least one fiber-reinforced sheet and the fiber-reinforced sheet does not substantially contain a cellulose and is at least partly impregnated with the resin and is at least partly cured. The decorating layer and the core layer are simultaneously cured under heating and pressing to form the fiber-reinforced decorative laminate. The fiber-reinforced decorative laminate produced by the above method is also provided.
