<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing grasp of a work situation of a worker such as an employee via a communication network with a small space at low cost even when there is no space for placing a dedicated terminal machine used for a network time recorder or when cannot place the dedicated terminal machine cannot be placed due to cost restriction. <P>SOLUTION: A work information generation device 10 generates work information including generation device information with different contents every prescribed time, and outputs it. Next, the outputted work information is acquired by a work information acquisition device 20, acquisition device information is added to the work information and is set as the work information, and the work information is transmitted to a prescribed work information collection device 30. The work information collection device 30 receives the sent work information, specifies a work place by the work information in the received work information, and specifies the worker going to the work place by the acquisition device information in the work information.
