PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, an image forming method, developer and a developer container constituted so that the durability of toner can be maintained, and a wormhole image and filming at a transfer nip part may be prevented. SOLUTION: As for an intermediate transfer system image forming device, an intermediate transfer belt 10 is constituted of a three-layer structure, that is, an elastic layer 12 and a coating layer 13 overlaid on a base layer 11, then, the belt surface becomes elastic. Besides, the toner T is constituted by externally adding additive agent Tc to a base particle constituted of at least binding resin Ta and coloring agent Tb, besides, hydrophobic silica having a specific surface area of≥50 to≤180 m<SP>2</SP>/g, and also, having an apparent density of≥100≤240 g/l is used as the additive agent.
