PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic essentially comprising porphyran, which has an immunostimulating action, a moisturizing action and a protective action, significantly improves skin immunity reduction induced by living environment or physiological aging and therefore has actions of reducing or removing skin dullness, roughness and fine wrinkles and preventing drying, dryness and split ends of hair.
