PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure gas supplying device capable of recovering unusual condition of a regulator when adjusting pressure. SOLUTION: This high-pressure gas supplying device is provided with the regulator for adjusting pressure of the high-pressure gas of a high-pressure gas source 1 in a gas pipe 2 provided between the high-pressure gas source 1 and an energy consumption means 6. This high-pressure gas supplying device is provided with a pressure difference generating means for generating a pressure difference inside the gas pipe by temporally shutting off the gas pipe 4 with a shut-off valve 4 when unusual condition of the regulator 3 when adjusting pressure determined and for generating pressure fluctuation and flow of the gas by releasing shut-off of the shut-off valve 4 and for eliminating unusual condition of seal by giving the pressure fluctuation and flow of the gas to the regulator 3 to move a pressure adjusting mechanism provided inside the regulator 3.
