PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device, increased in strength of a shaft member. SOLUTION: This dynamic pressure bearing device includes: a shaft member; a radial bearing part non-contact supporting the shaft member in the radial direction by the dynamic pressure action of a fluid produced in a radial bearing clearance gap; and a thrust bearing part non-contact supporting the shaft member in the thrust direction by the dynamic pressure action of a fluid produced in a thrust bearing clearance gap. A core material 24 is fixed to a shaft body 23 in the state of being projected toward the outside diameter side of the metal-made shaft body 23, and a resin part 25 is formed to cover the core material 24 by injection molding, whereby the end faces 22a, 22b are caused to face the thrust bearing clearance gap and a resin-made flange part incorporated with the core material 24 is formed.
