PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a jetted processing liquid from leaking out of a workpiece introducing section provided within a processing space and a workpiece discharge section, and also to prevent the surface of the workpiece from being scratched or damaged, in a blast processing unit for implementing blast processing of the surface of the workpiece by jetting out the processing liquid comprising abrasive particles and water. SOLUTION: The blast processing unit performs wet blast processing by making a workpiece 1 pass through the processing space and jetting out the processing liquid to the workpiece 1 within the processing space. The processing space S comprises a processing liquid injection section 2, the workpiece introduction section 3, and the workpiece discharge section 4, and an air seal section 5 is provided in one or both of the workpiece introducing section 3 and the workpiece discharge section 4.
