PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure reducible in cost, making effective use of material of a paper diaper body and facilitating post-treating operation. SOLUTION: This pants type diaper is formed by providing tape fasteners 60, 60 serving to fasten and adjust around the waist and to hold a rolled-up state when wasted, at both side parts of the end part of a rear body, or providing a post-treatment tape 70 heretofore provided on the outer surface of a region around the waist of the diaper, daringly on the inner surface of the region around the waist of the diaper in contact with the skin.
