PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid for an underground structure capable of preventing a lid main body from coming off by uplift pressure generated in the underground structure by reducing floating allowance of the lid main body. SOLUTION: This lid for the underground structure is constituted in such a way that floating allowance of the lid main body 2 becomes 15 mm or less by setting an interval between a stopper 13 and a locking part 12 of a hinge member 8 to 15 mm or less, coming-off of the lid main body 3 from a receiving frame 2 due to passing of a vehicle is prevented, turn in the direction of center of the lid main body 3 of the hinge member 8 is regulated by a turn regulation member, and an engaging projection 40 protruding downward from a lower face of an outer peripheral fringe 10 of the lid main body 3 is provided.
