<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connecting part for an aluminum wire hardly corroded by electrolytic corrosion by applying an excellent waterproof structure thereon, with high reliability maintained for a long period of time, even in case that the terminal is made of copper or copper group material, and a conductor constituting a cable is made of aluminum wire, namely, in the case of constituting the connection terminal by connecting different kinds of metal to each other. <P>SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure of the terminal for the aluminum wire cable, an exposed part of a conductor 9 where an insulation coating of a cable with its conductors made of aluminum wires is removed for a given length is inserted from an open side of a copper or a copper-group terminal cylinder part 4 with one end tightly sealed and the other end opened, and caulked and integrated with the terminal cylinder part 4. At the open side of the terminal cylinder part 4 which is a rear end of the exposed part of the conductor 9, a waterproof sealing agent 12 of a cold setting type is filled between the terminal cylinder part 4 and the cable equipped with the insulation coating 8 to form a watertight structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
