PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject organic EL display devices, obtained from one substrate, to aging processing together without decreasing the number of organic EL display devices. SOLUTION: A lead-out wire 24 for cathode aging for connecting a connection resistance 22 for cathode aging on a far side when viewed from a common wire 4 for cathode aging and the common wire 4 for cathode aging is wired outside a cathode lead-around wire 11 in an organic EL display device 100 adjacent to an organic EL display device 101 after led out from the connection resistance 22 for cathode aging, and further wired between an organic EL display element 7 and the connection resistance 22 for cathode aging, and a connection resistance 21 for anode aging to be connected to the common wire 4 for cathode aging.
