<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is possible to remove an IC tag from a wire for attachment without using any blade at the time of performing the recycle use of an IC tag, and that the falling of the IC tag always happens, and that it is possible to easily perform the illegal replacement of the IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: In this IC tag in which an IC chip and an antenna electrically connected to the IC chip are incorporated, a through-hole through which a wire for attachment for suspension is put is formed near one edge of the IC tag, and a slit whose end section is opened is formed so as to be communicated from the through-hole to one edge. In the mounting structure of the IC tag, the through-hole through which the wire for attachment for suspension is put is formed near one edge, and the slit whose end section is opened is formed so as to be communicated from the through-hole to one edge, and transparent holes are perforated with a fixed interval at the both sides of the through-hole.
