PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a plurality of hollow thin tubes and capable of providing high heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and an air comprises the plurality of hollow thin tubes 50 and a plurality of thin line members 60. The thin tubes 50 allow to pass the refrigerant therethrough and their outer surfaces are brought into contact with the air. The thin line members 60 cross the plurality of thin tubes 50 to integrate the plurality of thin tubes 50 with each other. Then, the thin line members 60 are formed of a metal or carbon fibers.
