PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent generation of dead short-circuit. SOLUTION: In a state that an operation knob 8 is positioned at a neutral position, first to sixth switch elements are in an off-state, namely, movable contacts 36 are separated from fixed contacts 37. For example, when a left side press operation part 12 of the operation knob 8 is pressed, the operation knob 8 slants with a right side engaging claw 16 for fulcrum of slanting as a fulcrum, the movable contacts 36 of the fourth and fifth switch elements at the right side contact the fixed contacts 37 thereof, and turned into an on-state, while the first and second switch elements at the left side are left in a off-state. While the whole part of the operation knob 8 is kept in a state of being pushed down, the off-state is continued, since the movable contact 36 of each switch moves toward a direction separating from the fixed contacts 37.
