PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat device which is unnecessary for separately providing a sub seat, simple and compact, capable of compatibly realizing a separate seat and a bench seat, and performing the side-through in the bench seat mode. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat device in which a plurality of seats 19, 20 are arranged above a floor panel 4 in a cabin 2 having an entrance/exit 3 on the side with a predetermined interval in the vehicle width direction, an armrest member 31 is provided on a side facing the seat 19 in a seat back 22 of the other seat 20 out of the plurality of seats 19, 20. The armrest member 31 is mounted so as to select the armrest condition in which the armrest is supported in a substantially horizontal condition at the intermediate height of the seatback 22 of the seat 20 and a sub seat condition Y in which the sub seat is arranged between seat cushions 21, 21 of the plurality of seats 19, 20 to realize continuous cushion surfaces of the seat cushions 21, 21.
