PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each service agent to realize a unique service by use of a shared application on a platform. SOLUTION: The service providing device 200 comprises a service agent-based service agent application part 300 having interface function with a user terminal 100, and a shared application part 400 started from the service agent application part 300. The shared application part 400 includes a session ID assignment means 402 assigning a session ID for identifying a series of operations from the start of a service by a user who uses the user terminal 100 to the end thereof from others, and a session state management means 403 checking, based on a session state corresponding to the session ID contained in a starting request, whether the starting request is valid or not and managing the start and end of a session.
