PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional oiling device-disposing constitution wherein a drying process using an exclusive device such as a drier as an extra process is performed to cause increases in cost and in the number of processes, after the finish of a yarn winding, when the drying of an oil is needed. SOLUTION: This yarn twister is characterized by comprising yarn-twisting spindle devices 100, a heater 400, yarn-sending devices 200, 500 disposed on the upstream and downstream sides of the heater 400 in the yarn-traveling direction, respectively, winders 700 for winding up the yarns at a desired winding density, and oiling devices 300 for imparting an oil to the yarns.
