PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of reducing the load on a turning actuator during steering without driving. SOLUTION: In a steer-by-wire system having a motor 2a for the steering reaction force to generate the steering reaction torque Ts in a steering wheel 1 and a turning motor 6a to turn turning wheels 4, 5, a controller 10 for a steering reaction force device maintains the constant command turning angleθta to the turning motor 6a when the steering reaction torque Ts is smaller than the preset threshold Tth during the steering without driving.
