PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation box capable of suppressing torsional deformation of a resin foam-made panel used for each side plate or the like without degrading the cold insulation effect, excellent in durability, and excellently used without impairing the assembly property and the heat insulation property for a long time. SOLUTION: The cold insulation box comprises a container body 1 which is separably assembled by a bottom plate 11 and four side plates 12a-12d, a lid 2 and a cover 3 to house the outer side of the container. The bottom plate 11, the side plates 12a-12d and the lid 2 of the container body 1 are constituted of resin foam-made panels, and groove parts 15a-15d continuous in the vertical direction with intervals in the periphery of the container over the substantially entire area are formed in inner surfaces of the container of the side plates 12a-12d.
