PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for a microchemical system and a micro-pump capable of showing one-way valve function in a passage. SOLUTION: This chip 1 for the microchemical system is equipped with a glass substrate 1a equipped with a groove for the passage, and a glass substrate 1b bonded to the glass substrate 1a so as to cover the groove. The passage defined by the groove on the glass substrate 1a is equipped with a narrow inlet side passage 10 having a hydrophobic inner wall; a wide liquid filling part 20 whose one end is connected to the inlet side passage 10, having an inner wall with relatively higher hydrophilicity than hydrophilicity of the inlet side passage 10; and a wide outlet side passage 30 having an inner wall with hydrophobicity to the same degree as that of the inlet side passage 10. The liquid filling part 20 has a passage 40 orthogonal to the inlet side passage 10. On the chip 1 for the microchemical system, a hydrophobic-hydrophilic boundary surface 50 is formed between the inlet side passage 10 and the liquid filling part 20, and a hydrophobic-hydrophilic boundary surface 60 is formed between the liquid filling part 20 and the outlet side passage 30.
