PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog encoding system which has a simple configuration, can easily be handled, can secure high quality, and has high secrecy by performing multidimensional orthogonal conversion using a multidimensional orthogonal series. SOLUTION: The analog encoding system has an input section 1, a 1st mapping conversion section 5 which performs mapping conversion, a random number generation section 7 which has a random number generating function of generating a random number once an initial value is inputted, a multidimensional orthogonal series generation section 6 which generates an orthogonal series 16 of (n)th order by using the random number generated by the random number generation section 7, a multidimensional orthogonal conversion section 8 which generates ciphered converted data 17 by performing orthogonal conversion of (n)th order, a multidimensional orthogonal reconversion section 10, and a 2nd mapping conversion section 11.
