PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce a burden on keyword setting operation. SOLUTION: Devices (2, 3, and 4) change their own keyword settings when keyword setting operation such as new keyword setting operation for setting a new keyword, keyword addition setting operation for adding a keyword, or keyword exclusion setting operation for excluding the keyword is performed, and transmit setting change content notification information (INF1, INF2, and INF3) for notifying setting change contents to other devices (2, 3, and 4). The devices (2, 3, and 4) change their own keyword settings based on the setting change content notification information (INF1, INF2, and INF3) received from the other devices (2, 3, and 4).
