<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a next-generation X-ray imaging device capable of enhancing a diagnosis and treatment efficiency not provided in a conventional film system, excellent in a space factor not found in a CCD system, high in an S/N ratio, and free from generation of moire. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, substances 200 absorbing an X-ray and substances 201 transmitting the X-ray are arranged alternately to constitute a grid plate 903, and an arraying pitch thereof is made smaller than a size of a photoreceiving area of a photoelectric transfer element. The grid plate is constituted by arranging the substances absorbing the X-ray and the substances transmitting the X-ray alternately, and an arraying pitch thereof is made smaller than a pitch by which picture elements are arrayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
