<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the advertisement effect of an advertisement object appearing in a content to be provided to a user to enhance the degree of appeal to a program sponsor. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a content ID input part 1-1, an object ID input part 1-2, a segment data retrieval part 1-3, a segment time length arithmetic part 1-4, a segment time length integration part 1-5, an output part 1-6, and a segment data accumulation part 107. The segment data accumulation part 1-7 includes a table (segment data table ) TB1 describing the appearance start time and end time of the advertisement object (object) appearing in the content. For segment data specified by an input content ID and an object ID, the time difference between "start time" and "end time" in the segment data is determined as a segment time length, and a segment integrated time obtained by integrating the segment time length is outputted as the advertisement effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
