GENE TRAP SYSTEM

摘要

It is intended to provide a gene trap system by which any genes including a transiently expressed gene can be trapped. A gene is trapped by a trap vector using Cre recombinase gene from bacteriophage P1 and the expression of the thus trapped gene is converted into constitutional expression of another reporter gene.
