FIELD: household wastes reprocessing. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to a method and a device for a thermal treatment used during a casting, and also to a casting machine containing a separate device for the thermal treatment. The device for the thermal treatment used during a casting, at which the products (14, 20) are formed in the casting machine (50) containing a detachable forming tool (10, 11) having a casting cavity (40) being filled with a liquid casting material (30) contains the treating gear (1,21) having at least one treating surface (3) made so, that it by its form is at least partially similar to the casting cavity (40) and containing a means (7) made with a capability to connect a product (14, 20) being formed in the forming cavity (40) to the treating gear (1, 21). At that the device has a capability of realization of a thermal treatment of the indicated product (14, 20) outside the casting machine (50) simultaneously with feeding into the casting cavity (40) of new quantities of a liquid casting material to form a new product. At that the casting material is kept in the casting cavity (40) until at least the external layer of the formed product will gain in essence a stable form. The technical result is a decreased duration of a cycle of a thermal treatment in a casting process, in which the number of the produced products per a time unit may be increased. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease of duration of a thermal treatment cycle in the casting process, in which the number of the produced products per a time unit may be increased. ^ 21 cl, 6 dwg |
