The device has a set of small carriages, each having a cradle (7) inserted below two parallel treads (1, 2), laid on ground, of a canopy. The cradles have a transversal axle on which rollers are mounted. Each cradle has a U-shaped section with two flanges, where a space between the flanges is greater than section of the treads. Each cradle has a web with holes in which pins which traverse holes (13) of the treads are engaged.
