<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly strong solar battery capable of increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency, that is power generation, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery comprises a first conductivity-type (110) substrate with a dent groove, constituted of ä111} surface on a substrate upper surface, for which the substrate thickness direction is [110] direction, a second conductivity-type emitter layer provided on the upper surface of the substrate, and a finger electrode formed on the upper surface of the emitter layer. The longitudinal direction of the finger electrode and the groove line direction of the dent groove are crossed at an angle such that it is≥45°and≤90°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
