摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly strong solar battery capable of increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency, that is power generation, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery comprises a first conductivity-type (110) substrate with a dent groove, constituted of ä111} surface on a substrate upper surface, for which the substrate thickness direction is [110] direction, a second conductivity-type emitter layer provided on the upper surface of the substrate, and a finger electrode formed on the upper surface of the emitter layer.
