<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent high-conductance type calcium-sensitive K-channel opening drug. <P>SOLUTION: For producing the high-conductance type calcium-sensitive K-channel opening drug, a five-membered heterocyclic compound of formula(II) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof is used. In formula(II), ring A is a ring represented by either of formula A; R<SP>1</SP>is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group-substituted carbonyl; R<SP>2</SP>is a substituted alkyl; R<SP>3</SP>is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl; and R<SP>4</SP>is H or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl; wherein, when R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each phenyl, R<SP>2</SP>is neither carboxymethyl nor ethoxycarbonylmethyl. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
