PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flow rate characteristic of a pressure reducing valve, and to maintain secondary pressure of the valve constant in spite of its fluctuated flow rate. SOLUTION: In the pressure reducing valve M1, a flapper 42 is displaced due to a displacement of a second diaphragm 50 by pressure difference between a second feedback chamber 10k and a pressure setting spring 60, causing increase/decrease in pressure in a back pressure chamber 10e. Consequently, a main valve 20 is displaced, since a first diaphragm 30 is displaced by pressure difference between the back pressure chamber 10e and a first feedback chamber 10f. A primary port 10a and secondary port 10b always communicate with each other through regularly opened communication passages 10r, 14a, and 14b, and a flow passage 10j from the regularly opened communication passage to the open port 10b is branched.
