<p>A nail jell for nail art which can be easily applied and removed and which, when removed, damages neither the nails nor the skin of the nail artist. It does not come to have unevenness of color, can be spread thinly, and contains a luminous pigment or fluorescent pigment well mingled therein. The nail jell comprises: an ultraviolet-curable nail jell which has a viscosity of 1,000 to 10,000 cP (20°C) and which, after cure, is soluble in organic solvents; and a luminous pigment and/or fluorescent pigment mixed therewith.</p> |
