METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FIXING WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for fixing wire harness capable of carrying out attaching work of wire harness in a short time without imposing burden on a worker on an automobile assembling line.

SOLUTION: After wire harness 27 is held temporarily by winding the belt part 17 of a bundling band 16, the clamping part 21 of a lock member 18 provided turnably in the bundling band 16 is inserted, under standing state, into a fixing hole 26 formed in a floor panel 25 from the back side to the surface side thereof. The wire harness fixing device 10 is fixed to the backside 25b of the floor panel 25 and the belt part 17 is tightened furthermore under a state where the lock member 18 is engaging with the belt part 17. The lock member 18 is then turned such that the clamping part 21 tilts up to a position for clamping the floor panel 25 between the bundling band 16 and the clamping part 21 thus fixing the wire harness 27 to the floor panel 25.
