<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer device capable of reducing the cost and size while exhibiting excellent bondability between windings, and to provide a bobbin constituting the transformer and a transformer unit including the transformer. <P>SOLUTION: The transformer 40 is constituted of two bobbins, i.e. a primary bobbin 42 and secondary bobbin 50. The primary bobbin 42 comprises a tubular section 44 and connection terminals 46a and 46b. A primary winding 60 is wound around the tubular section 44 and the ends of the primary winding 60 are connected with the connection terminals 46a and 46b. The secondary bobbin 50 comprises a tubular section 52 having a plurality of flanges, and connection terminals 54a, 54b and 56a and 56b. A secondary winding 62 is wound around the tubular section 52, a tertiary winding (detection winding) 64 is wound around a part of the tubular section 52 different from the part around which the secondary winding 62 is wound, and the primary bobbin 42 is contained on the inside of the tubular section 52. The connection terminals 54a and 54b are connected with the ends of the detection winding 64.
