<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that a CPU can discriminate whether clock switching is executed or a regular key processing is executed with respect to a prescribed key operation of an input device by setting in advance whether speed switching of an operation clock of the CPU is executed or not. CONSTITUTION:Whether switching of a clock speed of a CPU is executed or not is set in advance, and clock speed switching existence information is stored in a memory. In such a state, when a prescribed key operation is executed in an input means 2, the CPU 1 refers to the clock speed switching existence information in the memory and outputs a switching instruction to a clock switching device 5, in the case clock speed switching exists, and the clock switching device 5 switches a speed of a clock. On the other hand, in the case the clock speed switching does not exist, the CPU 1 executes a regular input processing with respect to a prescribed key operation. In such a way, switching of the clock speed by a specific key operation in the input device 2 is permitted/ inhibited selectively, and in the case of inhibition of the clock speed, the regular input processing can be executed.</p> |
