PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a holding rod by a one-touch operation and change the outlet location of a plumb bob line in the case that a needle tip is damaged in a plumb bob constituted in such a way as to be mounted by inserting a needle of the holding rod attached to a case into a surface of wood etc. SOLUTION: By inserting a body part of the holding rod from a mounting hole formed in the case, the holding rod having a tip to which the needle is attached can be mounted. By forming protrusion parts in the body part of the holding rod, inserting the protrusion parts into the case, rotating the holding rod, and passing the protrusion parts through recession parts in a raised wall, the holding rod can be mounted. A holder in which continuous recession and protrusion parts are formed is attached to a lower part of the case, a movable body is arranged in the holder, and the plum bob line is let out from the hole formed in the movable body.
