PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminosilicate zeolite containing rubidium ions which has a new structure and is superior in heat resistance, and which is superior as base materials such as an adsorbent, a separating agent, and a catalyst, or a conductive microporous material and an optically functional material and the like. SOLUTION: This zeolite has the following composition: x(Rb<SB>2</SB>O+M<SB>2/n</SB>O)-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-ySiO<SB>2</SB>-zH<SB>2</SB>O expressed in molar ratio of oxides (wherein, M shows an atom other than Rb; n shows the valence of M, and M/(Rb+M)=0 to 0.3; x shows 0.8 to 1.2; y shows 5 to 10; and z shows a number of 0 or more), and has a X ray diffraction pattern shown in the table.
